My children's fitness classes are truly special. I combine games, callisthenics, team-building exercises, light dumbbells, and resistance bands to create a dynamic and exciting environment for children aged 5-16 years. These classes are designed to boost confidence and nurture a genuine love for physical activity.
Parents often tell us how their children improve in PE at school and excel in other sports they participate in, thanks to the skills and enthusiasm they gain with us.
Inclusive for all ages and abilities
My classes cater to children aged 5-16 years, and I am proud to be Level 3 SEN qualified. This means no prior experience or special fitness level is required.
All activities are thoughtfully adapted to each individual's needs, ensuring every child can participate fully and feel successful, regardless of their starting point. I believe in creating an environment where everyone can thrive.
A typical class: fun and variety
Step into one of our classes, and you'll find an energetic and positive atmosphere! Children engage in a variety of activities, including exciting games like dodgeball and tug of war, callisthenics, plyometrics, and exercises using light dumbbells and resistance bands. I also incorporate thrilling relay races and engaging team games.
Each lesson brings something new, ensuring the children are always challenged and entertained. I also play upbeat music to keep the energy high!

Children consistently return to our classes because they are genuinely fun and engaging. It’s a different kind of fitness class, full of variety, as the activities change with each lesson. The music adds to the vibrant atmosphere, and sometimes, I even join in with them, which they absolutely love!
